I am often asked what I did to lose the weight and get so fit. When I don´t pull out a little bag of golden fairy dust, the disappointment is all over their faces. It´s all about balance, input and output. Oh and holding in your belly when someone´s pulls out the phone to take a snap. Just sain´.
